Harriett, a licensed landscaper and contractor, work's side by side with her husband, Richard, to design, estimate, plan and schedule all our jobs. She is our landscaping expert; so whether you want a cottage garden, low maintenance garden, Mediterranean garden or xeriscape, she designs it for you and assists you with maintaining it. Irrigation and low voltage lighting are other important elements of the job that she can design with you.
Rich, (actually Richard Jr.), will set up an appointment to come out to meet with you to discuss your dreams and then get the ball rolling so that you can achieve them in the shortest time possible. Let Rich assist you with tile samples, stone or brick samples or going to view completed projects. He will assist you throughout the design process and job completion to make sure each step of the way is stress free.
Rachael, our in-house designer, has been working with us even before receiving her B.A. in Interior Design in 1994. Using her training with space planning she helps you come up with the best layout for your home remodel and with her natural "eye" for color and style she will help you select all of the materials that make your new home so special.
Jim, our pool maintenance specialist, although not officially a family member, has known Richard since they both went to North Hollywood High School. He has been in the pool service industry for 30+ years and joined our company in 1990. He not only helps supervise our jobs but he services most of the pools and spas that we have completed, to insure that they stay in tiptop condition.
Kate is in charge of the accounting. She is always in the office and can assist you in locating one of the All Phase team members when they are in the field. You can also contact her if you need a copy of an invoice or have questions about where to send payments. |
